Week 7 EOC: Marketing Chocolate Coffee

The United States imports $4 billion worth of coffee every year, and more than 54% of people over 18 are avid coffee drinkers. Go to the military those numbers of the everyday coffee connoisseur are even higher being as caffeine helps out during those 12 hour+ days. Now being from the military I grew to enjoy myself a nice cup of joe during the day but there was always one problem. The coffee available wasn't very tasteful. I want to start a non profit organization that supports our military through delivery tasteful, rich, fresh coffee. Out first product we would start with would be mocha or chocolate flavored. Chocolate is one of the most popular flavors world wide whether it be used for flavor or just a plain chocolate bar as a treat. As the company progress new flavors will be added including having holiday special coffee. For those service members deployed we want them to experience as much as the holiday as you and I.

Week 5 EOC: This is what has my interest

As many graduates do during or after college is getting an internship, but many are left in the dark of what to expect. In the article https://theproaudiofiles.com/how-to-land-and-keep-a-studio-internship/ he explains the basic principles of what to expect and how to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Not being prepared or not knowing is not an excuse to use during your career, so doing a little research may save you in the long run.

When it comes to music the possibilities seem endless, but believe it or not there is a correct way to write music. https://theproaudiofiles.com/songwriting-tips/. For an audio engineer understanding all aspects of the field will help your career out. Most audio engineers are musicians themselves which attracts us so understanding the writing aspect of music will help out with the talent that comes through.

Compression, compression, compression. I heard these words more times then I could possibly think of before I even stepped foot in school. What is this word compression even mean? In https://theproaudiofiles.com/5-things-to-listen-for-when-using-compression/ it will give you some insight in what to listen for in the studio without having blocks of cheese.

Week 3 EOC: My Demographic

The generation I grew up in saw Kurt Cobain, N’Sync, and AOL dial-up internet. I would call those the good ole days for myself. Now with everything from smartphones doing as much as a computer to making money off of making videos on YouTube. This new generation has brought more opportunities than most people realize. I grew up in a middle generation and I will explain. The older demographic is all about business meaning you go to work and that’s it. The newer demographic has the opportunity with the industry changing so drastically since the turn of the century to create their own work around their lives so email isn’t just for “old people” it’s just another form of communication. So growing up email was considered for “old people”, but now my demographic is creating more opportunities and adapting to the industry becoming entrepreneurs.

Week 4 EOC: My New App

A lot of people these days worry about their hearing and what to conserve it as much as possible. With my new app EAR or Effect and Rhythm you will have someone watching your back so you won’t need to worry about it. EAR is a simple app that runs in the background conserving your battery. The app picks up the dB level from your surroundings and alerts you when the threshold is met. The user can set the dB rating at any custom level they prefer. The alerts can be either loud, vibrate or both. The app uses your phones internal microphone to pick up the readings. But what if your phone is buried? While you set your preferences up you have the choice of picking from where your phone is located I.e purse, pocket (front or back) etc., and EVEN the material surrounding your device. The app will be available for both Android and Apple devices for $0.99.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice

The future of the industry has been an interest of mine since I was a child. The advancement of technology bringing new creative projects to the gaming industry being now VR. I NP welcome you to my blog. I am currently in school for audio engineering, and my passion is just that. Every aspect of the industry from the music to video games are part of me. As I continue through my career even though it’s just beginning I want to one day be part of a project that is bigger than myself. Bringing some new product that people didn’t know they needed or wanted, but I knew they had to have it.
